3Fold Labs is an independent company bringing design, engineering and strategy together to build websites, software and AI tools for businesses.

Serving Palm Coast, Central Florida and clients nationwide. We work primarily online. Meetings at your business can be arranged in Palm Coast and Central Florida.

Adam’s background includes 20 years in residential construction. His work at 3Fold Labs now includes websites, custom software and AI tools, alongside public projects that people can try and build on.

Our work covers both sides of a business: what your customers see and what happens behind the scenes. A website can help someone understand your services and book an appointment. A customer portal can give them a place to follow their project. An agent or automation can help keep the information moving between the tools your team uses.

That range is deliberate. The website, the app and the day-to-day work all affect each other. We look at how they fit together when deciding what to build.

These are the three disciplines behind our work. Each answers a different question about the same project.

Design

Can people understand and use it? We consider the words, visual identity, navigation and interactions together, from a desktop screen to a phone.

Engineering

Does it work as intended? We build the application, connect the relevant tools and account for permissions, errors and the moments when a person needs to take over.

Strategy

Is it the right thing to build? We start with the business goal, decide what belongs in the first version and agree on how to evaluate it.

You can come to us with a specific project or a problem you need help defining. We begin with your business, the people who will use the result and the tools you already have.

From there, we agree on the scope and develop a working version for you to review. That gives you something concrete to try: a booking flow, a dashboard, a customer portal or an assistant with a clearly defined job. Your feedback helps shape the next pass.

For AI work, that also means deciding what the agent may do, what needs your approval and when it should hand a task to a person. Those decisions belong in the project from the start.

Our intake form gives you a place to explain what you do, where the friction is and what you want to change. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification.

3Fold Labs also develops its own tools. Our public projects give you a way to explore the software, read the release notes and inspect the source.

The Blog carries articles about these projects, with room for more writing as the work develops.
